1. Who we are

Tupp is a focus timer and time tracking application for iOS. When we say "Tupp", "we", "us", or "our" in this policy, we mean the developer of the Tupp app. If you have questions, contact us at privacy@tupp.io.

2. What data we collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

Account data — your name, email address, and profile picture, provided via Google Sign-In when you create an account.
Session data — the sessions you record, including start time, end time, duration, activity type, paused time, notes, and custom field values.
Profile data — profile names and colours you create within the app.
Activity data — the activities you create, including names, icons, and colours.
Billing data — if you subscribe to Tupp PRO, we store your plan status. Payment is processed by Apple — we never see your payment card details.
Device data — standard technical data such as device type, OS version, and app version, used for debugging and improving the app.

We do not collect location data, contacts, photos, or any other device data beyond what is listed above.

3. How we use your data

To provide, operate, and improve the Tupp app
To sync your data across sessions and devices via our API
To manage your subscription and billing status
To respond to support requests
To send important service communications (not marketing)

We do not use your data to serve ads. We do not sell your data to anyone.

4. Third parties

We use a small number of trusted third-party services:

Google Sign-In — used for authentication. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
RevenueCat — used to manage in-app subscriptions and verify purchase receipts. Subject to RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
Apple — processes all in-app purchases. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

5. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit. Authentication tokens are stored in your device's secure keychain. We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and associated data
Request a copy of your data in a portable format
Object to or restrict how we process your data

7. Children

Tupp is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the app or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
