Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By downloading or using Tupp, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. These Terms form a legal agreement between you and the developer of Tupp.

2. The service

Tupp is a personal focus timer and time tracking app for iOS. We provide it "as is" and may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We'll do our best to keep it working and give you notice of significant changes.

3. Your account

You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under it. Contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Tupp PRO is available as a monthly ($4.99) or annual ($34.99) auto-renewing subscription, purchased through Apple's App Store. All billing is managed by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. To cancel, manage your subscription in your Apple ID settings. We do not offer refunds beyond what Apple's standard policies provide.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the app or its servers
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Abuse the service in a way that degrades performance for other users
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

6. Your data

You own the data you create in Tupp. You can export or delete it at any time by contacting us. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

7. Intellectual property

Tupp and all related trademarks, logos, and content are owned by us. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You may not use our name, logo, or branding without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Tupp is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be available at all times, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Use it at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Tupp. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Tupp if you violate these Terms. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time by contacting support@tupp.io.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Tupp after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
